Talented actor and film director Simon Settergren (Kungen av Atlantis) is first out choosing an art piece for our Calender.

“I Love the Polar Bear” by Oscar Holmquist is a statement about the current challenge of climate change that Simon and we totally support!

Our Lovely art lover Freja @minifashionista with her favourite piece of art! She is our February Art Calendar Girl.

Agata Napiórska, our next Calendar Girl and a driven and talented young woman from Poland, has chosen the art print “Gumowe Ucho, GPS” by Michał Loba as the Art Piece for April.

Agata is editor-in-chief of Zwykłe Życie magazine, a journalist and she is also the author of the book "How do they work" - 64 interviews with Polish artists. The book also presents one piece of artwork. Agata is one of the organiser of the exhibition “Tjuvlyssnat / Gumowe Ucho” (Eavesdropping). The exhibition opens 20th April (vernissage) at art something…’s showroom and will feature 21 young Polish illustrators.

The artist, Michal Loba (1990) is a graphic designer, illustrator and print enthusiast. He creates publications, brand identities, logotypes, posters and illustrations and he is also the co-founder of first riso printing studio in Poland - Studio Arizona. He graduated in Communication Design from the School of Form. He did an internship at Edgar Bąk Studio.

Odd Wiking, our friend is longing for spring and choose a Daniel Egnéus art print for our art calendar. "Athina Street" 70x100 cm 2400 SEK from art something… full of blossoming orange trees, very characteristic for Athen's street.

Odd is a young and creative representative of ART OF HAIR, SHU UEMURA, L'oreal in Sweden. He felt that the art print filled him with light and warmth, flowers and greens. He could hear birds twitter in the trees. And felt the first warm rays from the sun.

Emma Lundholm, our new intern at art something... is fascinated by paper and creativity. Emma has chosen Johanna Brännström´s amazing Paper Sculptures for our art calendar in September. 

Emma is a media and communication student from Stockholm with a great passion for all things creative. She is super excited to share this autumn surrounded with art and beauty, some interesting projects and events we’ve got coming up for all art lovers!

Meet Kate Lee, a young and creative entrepreneur dedicated to fashion and beauty but most of all… hair!

Kate owns Ellui Saloon in trendy SoFo, Södermalm, Stockholm. She is also a speaker, stylist, makeup artist and much more. She chose ”Tomorrow”, a limited edition artwork by David Rinman, one of the finalists at the annual contest Screen.
